International partnerships
and work with the public sector.
Viena Medical takes part in national and inter-state healthcare initiatives — from the agreement with Vietnam and the KOTRA forum in Seoul to the BMWi programme in Germany and policy proposals to the Ministry of Health of Belarus.

Preanalytics partner of Helix Laboratory
VIENA MEDICAL is the preanalytics partner of Helix — the №1 medical laboratory in Belarus per the “Number One” awards of 2024 and 2025 and the winner of the “People’s Choice 2025”. The Helix network runs more than 60 diagnostic centres across 21 cities of Belarus and more than 1 500 types of laboratory tests every day. We supply certified blood-collection vacuum systems, consumables and preanalytical components: the quality of the sample is the foundation of a reliable result. For a laboratory at this scale, a preanalytical error costs more than the assay itself, so we have agreed a single quality bar built on ISO 6710 and ANSI/AAM/ISO 11137.

Partnership with Vietnam
On 27 June 2017, following the talks between the presidents of Belarus and Vietnam — Alexander Lukashenko and Tran Dai Quang — a joint statement on a comprehensive and deepened partnership was signed. In the presence of the leaders of both countries, VIENA MEDICAL became, on the Belarusian side, a signatory to the inter-state cooperation agreement in the field of healthcare.

Export Plaza · Seoul
Participation in the Export Gateway Biz Plaza 2016 forum at the invitation of the Embassy of Korea and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA). Over 650 Korean suppliers, a series of pre-arranged one-to-one meetings at the Viena Medical A-54 booth. The forum resulted in a major consulting contract for the architects of the Gazprom medical centre in Minsk.

BMWi programme · Germany
Maksim Harbatsevich, founder of VIENA MEDICAL, took part in the German-Belarusian inter-state programme for training executives for the Belarusian economy. The BMWi programme is focused on professional, intercultural and managerial competencies: seminars, trainings, visits to German companies, chambers of commerce and specialised medical trade fairs.

4th International Nurses Summit
On 17 May 2018, the Pekin Hotel in Minsk hosted the 4th International Nurses Summit — one of the largest sectoral events for nursing staff. Co-organised by INVITRO, VIENA MEDICAL and the Higher Medical School (Moscow), with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. A live broadcast connected three countries and ten cities (Minsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, Almaty, Nizhnevartovsk) — more than 3 000 participants. The flagship session — “The preanalytical phase of laboratory diagnostics in nursing practice” — focused on how patient preparation drives the accuracy of laboratory results and on the protocol for blood collection with vacuum systems.

Work with the Ministry of Health of Belarus
Since 2018 VIENA MEDICAL has been submitting policy proposals to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus on improving the healthcare system: demonopolisation of the medical-device market, more competition in public procurement, optimisation of budget spending on medical devices and the development of self-funded activities in laboratory diagnostics.
Beyond the public cases we have completed more than 500 deliveries and full laboratory build-outs across Belarus and Russia. The complete portfolio is available under NDA, on request.
